Dr. Nicholas Bock, Assistant Professor, Department of Medical Physics and Applied Radiation Sciences (Neurobiology)

Dr. Bock researches the role of transition metals in normal brain function and their neurotoxic effects following overexposure. He uses the Centre for Neutron Activation Analysis to accurately measure levels of copper, manganese, and iron in tissue samples from healthy and diseased brains.
